How much is shipping and how long will it take?

All our prices include insured shipping. Orders which arrive at our office by 4 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends are processed and dispatched on Mondays.

SHIPPING PARTER
We ship with Deutsche Post or other major parcel services. Your order will be shipped directly into your mailbox. Therefore, you do not have to be at home.

DELIVERY PERIOD
If you have a delivery address in Germany, your order should usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

To Austria and to Switzerland it usually takes 3-4 working days.

* We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the delivery time depends on the capacity of the shipping service provider and we can not guarantee the delivery time.

 

How can I pay?

You can choose from:

  • Pre-payment via bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (via PayPal PLUS)
  • Amazon-Pay

If you choose pre-payment via bank transfer, do not forget to indicate your web order number. Else we might not be able to match the payment with our order.

Do I get an invoice incl. tax?

Yes, you will receive a invoice including 19% tax. The invoice will be send to you via email, 2-3 days after your order has been shipped.
